Returns Policy

We want our customers to be confident that when they place an order, they are going to get as much care after the order ships as they did before the item left our warehouse.  We know that sometimes you purchase something online and it isn't the exact color or exact size you thought it was going to be and that is completely okay!  We do our best to provide accurate images and sizing information, but in the case that you receive a product and it isn't exactly what you wanted, no worries, you can easily return it back to us.

You may return items within 30 days of delivery date for a full refund or exchange.  In order to process returns, you will need to have an RMA number, which will be provided by our customer service team.  As long as the following requirements are met then we will be happy to get you your refund or new item as quickly as possible (Hammer Lane Quick)!

  • Items must be in their original condition and must be unworn and unwashed
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery date
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless it is a definite error on our part

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your return process once we've received and processed the returned item.
